63 % of SkinEthic customers have answered to our annual  inquiry which was for the first time sent and filled electronically.
 
84%  have expressed an overall satisfaction.
 
Also according tour customers, 93 % estimate that SkinEthic products comply with their requirements and 90% that they are robust and easy to use.

 
The major observations relate to delivery issues which, in essence, are outside our direct control but focus all our efforts.


These results foster SkinEthic to offer the best service worldwide and a top level quality for our products.
